Bert Biscoe is a poet, songwriter, local councillor and historian. He is a true Cornishman and is passionate about his hometown of Truro. He is a Bard of Gorsedh Kernow. His bardic name is Vyager gans Geryow. He represented Truro for over 20 years on Cornwall Council, and held a range of offices, from Chairman of the Board of Cornwall Enterprise Co to Cabinet member for different portfolios. Bert Biscoe offers private tours for groups and can spin a yarn about the connections Truro has around the world!
